- The duration of treatment session (treatment or combination of treatments) must be at least 60 minutes.

- All out-call prices are the same as the in-house prices.

- No transport charge, no cancellation charge, foreign currencies accepted.

- All promotions and discount are equally available.

- 20% service charge is applied. No transport charge or any other charge will be applied.

- In case of any tipping harassment, please report and the refund will be arranged immediately.

- If the outcall treatment time is not in the indicated opening hours, 10% extra service charge will be applied in principal.

- 1 hour before the scheduled treatment session, a confirmation call will be made. In the case of failure, the treatment session is canceled automatically.

- If the therapist is not satisfying, client can cancel the treatment upon therapist's arrival, with ¥100 cancelation charge to cover the transport and other cost.

- Additional treatments can be added during the treatment session, subject to availability.

- All major foreign currencies accepted.
